Let me tell you a little bit about myself. I have been a licensed clinical social worker for over 20 years. I received my masters in social work at the State University of New York at Stony Brook and my bachelors degree from Ithaca College. Prior to establishing my private practice, I was the Associate Executive Director of the Mental Health Association in Westchester County, NY. I also was an adjunct professor at Fordham University, in the post graduate program.

I have extensive clinical experience, with specialized training in cognitive behavioral therapy. I primarily use a cognitive behavioral approach, however, I incorporate other treatments as well. Therapy is always individualized and a collaborative process.
